In this Episode, You Will Learn:
- Logan Pearsall’s Story
- How to deal with self doubt
- How to be hired when your art is not the best
- How to move through events
- How to become important in a team
Actionable Steps
- It’s easier to be hired when you’re a decent artist and an amazing person than a great talent who’s a dick. Art can be taught, being a good person is harder.
- When you work for someone as an artist, this is not about you, this is about their project, and your work is make it as great as possible FOR THEM.
- Revel in the successes you have, take the win, even if it’s small, be ok with this moment in time.
- The big heroes you admire, were in your position years ago, they suffered the same things you are suffering or more, they are normal people.
