Carlos Baena is an animator from Madrid Spain who came to the US to learn how to become an animator, in his career he worked for Lucas Films, Pixar and Paramount Pictures, now he’s focused on working on his own project called La Noria which he’s launching in Indiegogo and talks to us about his new project and how to use the Internet to help you live of your passion.

Update: The Project Was Successfully Funded
Carlos started without knowing too much about art and was going to become a lawyer instead of an animator, but he decided in the end to be serious about art and decided to fly to the US to learn about it. He started out in the 90’s and worked with many amazing people in the animation industry and learned a lot in his path, he’s doing a lot of work not related to animation in the last years but now he’s coming back strong with his own project, a dark animation called La Noria.
