Brett Bean is an independent 2D illustrator, writer, cartoonist, designer and teacher with experience in 3D and the founder of Drawn To It Studios, LLC. He has worked illustrating the 8th book from the book series Beasts of Olympus, was the lead designer on the show Slugterra on Disney XD And in 12 years he has worked for feature films, TV shows and videogames in companies like Disney, Dreamworks, Riot Games, Henson’s Creature shop, Marvel, Penguin Books, Scholastic and more.

Brett decided to go into art at age 27 and paid for his own studios in a 3D college. However he decided that he didn’t liked doing 3D and that his heart was more at doing 2D illustration so he started from zero selling the games he helped create at a game stop in Los Angeles and then worked his way up again. Taking on freelance work, he decided to create Drawn To It Studios to give the option to his clients to choose to work as a business or as a freelancer.
