What’s the cost of an animated video?
We offer two video quality tiers depending on your budget.
For companies looking for a truly custom and results-driven video like the videos shown above, prices range from $4,000 – $10,000 USD depending on your video needs. Prices vary based on video length and animation style.
We also have a startup offer for smaller companies looking to leverage explainer videos in their business. These videos range from $700 – $2,500 USD and are packaged based on video length.
How does payment work?
These services operate 100% online, so we don’t accept checks sent to us by email, as Silicon Valley Bank doesn’t have offices where we can deposit the checks.
On payment methods you have 3 options:
■ Pay 100% Upfront.
■ Pay 50% first and 50% when project is delivered.
■ Pay 40% first, 30% at 50% completion, and 30% when project is delivered. (Great for bigger projects with higher budgets)
Note: If you choose one of the last two options, we’ll be showing to you the project with a watermark and 720p resolution for approval to the process and you’ll receive the project without watermark and Full HD after the last payment has been made.
What if I am not satisfied?
It happens that you are not completely satisfied after the first draft. If you are not satisfied after our second attempt, which is very unusual, you can ask for a third draft or take advantage of our 100% money back guarantee.

After you book your time you’ll be taken to the creative brief so you can answer some questions on your business and the project you want to do.
We’ll call you on the time of your choosing to get a clear idea of what you want to do and clear any doubt you might have.
The project manager Enrique will help you through the entire production of the film. We will be communicating with you every step of the way through email so you will be able to give your feedback and approval at every step in the process (script, voice, animation, etc.). We can also use Skype or Facebook if you want.
We’ll be available to you all the time via phone, Skype or email.
NOTE: We do not begin your project until we talk to and you give us the green light. Payment is done via invoice when the project starts.

Can you get a film in a language other than English?
If you want your video made in more than one language then it costs $500 more per language for every 30 seconds.

How long should my film be?
We recommend:
30s – Explain briefly a relatively simple idea.
60s – Explain calmly and make arguments for purchase.
90s – For those who require longer explanations. More time on the sales pitch, etc.
120s – For far more advanced products and services.

How many videos do I need?

Do you offer other animation styles?

Many of our customers need multiple videos to educate their customers through their whole marketing funnel. As a bonus, we offer a 10% discount for any 3 videos purchased, or 20% off for 5+ videos. Just let us know after your purchase of the first video, and we will send a special link to apply the 10% to your total. Perfect if you need to make a series describing all features of your product, or to show specific parts of your company.
Can I change my video's length after ordering?
If you like we’ll create two versions of the script at no extra cost so you can see the difference between each length.
We will simply invoice you for the difference upon project completion.
How do you fit into the market?
We cater for all video needs, from premium quality custom animation to efficient template videos. You can either go to the big agencies and pay $15,000+, or go to Fiverr and hit your head against a wall while receiving a cookie-cutter video which doesn’t do your company justice.
