Anoosha Syed is a Pakistani-Canadian freelance illustrator and character designer for animation based in Toronto. She has worked in Disney TV, Dreamworks TV on projects like “Dot” (a preschool series) and has illustrated over 20 picture books for major publishers like Simon & Schuster, Harper Collins, Macmillan & Disney Publishing.

She has participated in gallery shows at Gallery Nucleus, LGAL and QPop, hosted and art podcast called The Art Corner and created comics for Boom and a cover for Dynamite Press. And launched a new book called Bilal Cooks Daal’ on June 4th.
